We come to your space and listen to you. We look at your internal envelope or the arrangement of your new build plans ensuring a functional and cohesive flow whilst maximising your floorspace.
We look at where improvements might be met or what might be missing. This is when we also look at kitchen, bathroom and utility design, assisting you with the time consuming decision-making that often comes with these spaces.
We now begin to craft your home with purpose and intention, choosing natural materials for their performance, tactility and enduring beauty.
We look for the line, the moment and the joy when creating a space that serves you.
When we visualise colour, we ask what feeling do we want to capture and then we identify how we can apply it. We look at samples on site so you don’t get overwhelmed by choice.
Then we look at light, and how we can harness sunlight in a sympathetic manner and diffuse it for comfort? We create a lightplan that is functional, impactful and complimentary to your home. Now you decide if you wish to continue your story with or without our help, before adding the final layers to the home that speaks of you.

We can help you with selecting soft furnishings, window treatment, decoration, curation and styling as an additional service which you can decide at the start or at the end of our work together.
Full review of your design proposal, extension plans or existing floor arrangement with a written proposal of where we see improvements might be met offering a cohesive arrangement.
Full kitchen, bathroom, ensuite, wetroom, utility and remaining room design.
Liaison and communication with suppliers for internal fittings that might include kitchen, bath, utility, living, bedroom, fixtures, finishes, floor and wall etc
Detailed working drawings (IFC drawings) for issue to site that might include shelving, cabinetry or any other bespoke detailing inc robes where applicable.
Review of associated costs/quotations and specifications to meet with boq requirements.
Colour and finishes proposal including vision board that allows you progress your project after delivery of work scope.
Paint schedule.
Finishes schedule.
Lighting plan and fittings schedule.
Liaison, communication and meeting with contractor

How it works
25 min discovery call to see how we fit and how this process can work best for you.
120 min consult at your home (if you are looking to revamp and/or extend an existing property) or we meet at a pre-confirmed venue if the proposal is for a new build to review your plans and agree scope.
Second consult to accompany detailed vision board and review of general arrangement, including recommended modifications and any upgrades. Kitchen design and any other discussed in further detail.
Project roll-out on clients approval to include IFC drawings, site meets, supplier and client liaison during construction phase.
Qualitative site visits during close-out phase ensuring all finishes meet with tigh design specification.
An agreed number of follow-up calls for clarity purposes after project delivery.
Cost
from €5,000.00 on a home restoration and from €10,000.00 on a new build.
