enduring materials
I choose materials for how they age and wear beautifully, when layering depth and tactility. Drawing on the Japanese principle of Wabi , these gathering marks of use form patina and presence, allow a home to tell its story - a quiet record of memory and life unfolding within it. I look to wood, stone, concrete, metal, linen, leather, earthenware and handwoven textiles when creating a home that invites welcome and warmth.

Clear, calm and honest communication underpins everything. You are guided though each stage with transparency so you always feel informed, supported and confident in the decisions being made. Where timelines are defined, a shared commitment to timely responses and communication keeps everything aligned, where there is more flexibility in scope, this pace can ease.
